Change Grow Live in the Midlands is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to support people affected by drug or alcohol use, with outreach across Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon.
You’ll complete assessments, develop recovery plans and coordinate multidisciplinary support to help individuals move forward.
Working with health services, community partners and peer support networks, you’ll build trusting relationships, maintain confidential records and advocate person-centred care.
