Change Grow Live in the UK is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to join the Severe Multiple Disadvantage Team within the Mental Health Pathways. You will work across county sites, supporting individuals into treatment, harm reduction and social reintegration with a flexible, person-centred approach.

The role involves joint working with CMHTs and Psychological Therapies, delivering case management for co-occurring substance misuse and mental health needs, and providing training and guidance.
