We work collaboratively to support people in accessing the right treatment and care options, helping them achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

We are looking for a Bilingual Recovery Coordinator to join our outreach and engagement team in our vibrant Newham service. In this role, you’ll work across our three hubs and within the community, partnering with various agencies to provide tailored support for individuals facing substance use challenges, particularly those with additional barriers such as homelessness, language needs, or no recourse to public funds (NRPF). Where: Newham

Full time Hours: 37.5 per week

Full Time Salary Range: £27,861.26 – £32,002.35 Dependent on experience (pro rata for part time hours)

Allowances: £4,072.06 Inner London Weighting

Contract Type: Fixed Term until 31st March 2026

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
