Family Recovery Coordinator Service: Blackpool (multi-site CGL offices, Children’s Services, community venues, and family homes)
Hours: Full-time. Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
We are seeking someone with the skills, experience, and passion to support vulnerable families make meaningful change.
About The Role
- Supporting individuals and families from initial engagement through to recovery and reintegration
- Delivering assessments, recovery plans, and psychosocial interventions
- Working intensively with families experiencing drug and/or alcohol‑related challenges
- Providing both 1:1 and group interventions (e.g. recovery programmes, parenting support)
- Conducting home visits and parenting assessments
- Attending and contributing to Child Protection Conferences and multi‑agency meetings
- Promoting recovery, resilience, and social reintegration into the community
- Supporting access to education, employment, and life skills
You will work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team, building strong partnerships with Children’s Services, health professionals, and community organisations.
