Overview
People Relations Lead
National | Full Time | 37.5 Hours
Shape the future of employee relations. Influence culture. Lead change at scale.
At Change Grow Live, we know that great organisations are built by great people.
That's why we're creating a People function that doesn't just respond to challenges—it anticipates them, learns from them and helps shape a culture where people can do their best work.
We're looking for a People Relations Lead to play a pivotal role in that journey.
This is a rare opportunity to lead the transformation of employee relations across a national organisation, influencing everything from organisational change and workforce strategy to leadership capability, policy development and cultural evolution.
Why this role matters
Culture doesn't happen by accident.
It's shaped by the decisions leaders make, the confidence people feel to perform at their best and the way organisations respond to challenge, change and growth.
As People Relations Lead, you'll help shape that culture across Change Grow Live.
Leading our Employment Relations transformation agenda, you'll drive a progressive, solutions-focused approach that goes beyond traditional employee relations. You'll help create the conditions for stronger leadership, greater accountability and a more empowered workforce.
Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you'll influence how we manage change, build leadership capability, develop policy and resolve complex people challenges. At the same time, you'll lead the evolution of our People Relations Centre of Excellence, ensuring operational excellence sits alongside strategic impact.
This is a role for someone who wants to influence at scale—shaping culture, strengthening organisational capability and helping create an environment where people can thrive.
If you're excited by the opportunity to lead change, build high-performing teams and help shape the future of a national organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
Who we're looking for

Experience influencing senior leaders and navigating complex organisational challenges
A strong track record of leading and developing high-performing HR or ER teams
Experience driving service improvement, transformation and cultural change
The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery
Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to inform decision-making
Most importantly, you'll believe that effective people relations can be a catalyst for organisational performance, culture and growth.
