Help shape the future of frontline care through AI. Technology should never replace people. It should give them more time to do what matters most. We're investing in innovative digital solutions that reduce administrative burden, improve the experience of our colleagues and create more time for meaningful conversations with the people who use our services.
We're looking for two ambitious and forward-thinking colleagues to lead one of the most exciting digital transformation projects in our organisational strategy—implementing Ambient Scribe AI technology across our Nottinghamshire services. This role will lead the local implementation of a pioneering AI solution designed to support frontline colleagues by reducing administration and increasing the time they can spend delivering person-centred support.
If you're passionate about innovation, enjoy leading change and want to help shape the future of how we deliver services, we'd love to hear from you.
Why this role matters
This isn't simply about implementing new technology. It's about transforming the way we work. As Implementation Operational Manager, you'll play a central role in introducing Ambient Scribe across Nottinghamshire, helping colleagues embrace digital innovation with confidence while ensuring the technology delivers real benefits for both our workforce and the people we support.
Working alongside a dedicated Project Manager, you'll lead the operational delivery of the project—from implementation and pilot delivery through to evaluation and future planning—ensuring change is embedded safely, effectively and sustainably. This is a rare opportunity to lead a flagship project that has the potential to influence how Change Grow Live delivers services nationally.
The opportunity
You'll be the link between frontline services, operational leaders, digital teams and project partners, helping turn innovation into everyday practice. You'll support managers and teams through change, build confidence in new ways of working and create an environment where people feel engaged, informed and empowered.
You’ll also:
- Lead the local implementation of the Ambient Scribe project.
- Support colleagues to adopt new technology through coaching, communication and training.
- Work with senior stakeholders to manage project milestones, risks and delivery.
- Encourage feedback, learning and continuous improvement throughout the implementation.
- Champion digital innovation and help build confidence in technology across services.
