Shape systems. Influence partnerships. Change lives. At Change Grow Live, we believe in creating real, lasting change. Every day, our teams work alongside people to break cycles, unlock potential, and build safer, healthier communities. We are now looking for an exceptional Project Lead to drive the mobilisation and delivery of the In Your Corner (IYC) programme across the North West—an ambitious, grant‑funded initiative working across prisons, probation, and community services to support rehabilitation and behaviour change.

This is more than a delivery role. It’s an opportunity to lead at system level—bringing together partners, shaping pathways, and ensuring people can access the right support, at the right time. As Project Lead, you will take ownership of the operational leadership and delivery of the IYC programme across custodial and community settings. You’ll work at pace and scale—coordinating delivery, embedding high‑quality practice, and ensuring the programme is impactful, consistent, and aligned to both local need and national priorities. You will operate across complex environments—working flexibly across prison estates and community settings, ensuring seamless delivery across the whole system.

About you

You are a confident and credible leader, comfortable working across organisational boundaries and influencing at all levels. You will bring:

  • Proven experience of operational leadership within criminal justice, health, substance misuse or related services
  • A strong track record of multi‑agency partnership working and system navigation
  • Experience of leading teams and delivering complex programmes or projects
  • A deep understanding of rehabilitation, behaviour change, and recovery‑focused approaches
  • The ability to translate strategy into delivery, balancing operational detail with strategic oversight
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem‑solving skills
  • A commitment to trauma‑informed, values‑led practice and improving outcomes for people facing multiple disadvantage

The successful candidate will need to complete an enhanced DBS check and obtain HMPPS security clearance.

Responsibilities

About the role: You will:

  • Lead the mobilisation, coordination and delivery of the IYC programme across the North West
  • Build and strengthen multi‑agency partnerships with key stakeholders including HMPPS, probation, police, Project 180, local authorities and VCSE partners
  • Develop and embed effective referral pathways across custody, community and diversionary routes
  • Drive high‑quality, trauma‑informed practice, ensuring safeguarding and risk management are central to delivery
  • Use data and insight to monitor performance, influence system improvements and remove barriers to engagement
  • Provide visible, values‑led leadership to staff, fostering a culture of learning, reflection and continuous improvement
  • Represent the programme at strategic and operational forums, influencing local systems and service design
