Location: Norwich

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week. For part‑time roles, salary and payments will be pro‑rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

  • Process batch printing and posting of all prescriptions.
  • Collaborate closely with pharmacies across the Norfolk area to ensure efficient prescription handling.
  • Offer support to the Locality Project Administrators during times of sickness or annual leave.
  • Handle service‑wide building management issues, including ad‑hoc requests.
  • Provide practical assistance to the Senior Administrator, Project Administrators, Locality Leads, Team Leaders, and Clinical Staff.
  • Offer enhanced support and liaison for all Pharmacy‑based workers.

About the Role

In this dynamic role, you will be part of the Norfolk Change Grow Live, located in the Norwich Office. Your responsibilities include producing, recording, and distributing prescriptions to local pharmacies. Working with a multi‑disciplinary team, you’ll provide high‑quality support to doctors, non‑medical prescribers (NMPs), locality leads, team leaders, and recovery workers. Your role involves maintaining local data systems, generating prescriptions, and offering valuable advice and support to pharmacy colleagues.
