We have an exciting opportunity in Norwich for a Clinical Administrator. Are you passionate about contributing to positive change? As a Clinical Administrator with Change Grow Live, you'll play a crucial role in supporting individuals to reshape their lives, fostering personal growth, and embracing life's full potential.

Hours: Full Time, 37.5hrs Per Week

Responsibilities:

  • In this dynamic role, you'll be part of the Norfolk Change Grow Live, located in the Norwich Office. Your responsibilities include producing, recording, and distributing prescriptions to local pharmacies.
  • Working with a multi-disciplinary team, you'll provide high-quality support to Doctors, Non-Medical Prescribers (NMPs), Locality Leads, Team Leaders, and Recovery Workers.
  • Your role involves maintaining local data systems, generating prescriptions, and offering valuable advice and support to pharmacy colleagues.
  • Prescription Process Management: Process batch printing and posting of all prescriptions. Collaborate closely with pharmacies across the Norfolk area to ensure efficient prescription handling.
  • Locality Project Support and Building Management: Offer support to the Locality Project Administrators during times of sickness or annual leave. Handle service-wide building management issues, including ad-hoc requests. Provide practical assistance to the Senior Administrator, Project Administrators, Locality Leads, Team Leaders, and Clinical Staff. Offer enhanced support and liaison for all Pharmacy-based workers.
