We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our busy Manchester Service. Our Administrators here at Change Grow Live play an integral part in supporting the team in our mission, providing administrative and clerical support to our teams enabling them to focus on delivering our services, and ensuring our service users receive the help and support they need to achieve their goals.

Where: Manchester (This role requires regular travel across Manchester to provide reception and administrative support across multiple Change Grow Live locations as required by service need)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week

Responsibilities

About the Role:

  • As first point of contact within the service, to ensure that telephone calls and visits from service users, outside agencies and Change Grow Live Staff are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • To ensure effective processing of correspondence/data entry as required.
  • To collate, monitor and report data/information & statistics as required.
  • To ensure that admin, record-keeping, and communication within the project are maintained.
  • Work flexibly across operational sites as required.

About You:

  • Knowledge of general office procedures.
  • IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets and data entry.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
  • Solid numeric skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
