Change Grow Live is seeking a compassionate Street Outreach Recovery Co-ordinator in Nottinghamshire. You will join a county-wide outreach team, engaging individuals with complex needs to support safer housing pathways and recovery goals. This is a hands-on, frontline role requiring flexibility for night and weekend work.
You’ll record sensitive information accurately, work with a multi-disciplinary team, and drive the Outreach Van when required. A full driving licence is essential.
