Where: Nottinghamshire. Primary base negotiable: Hucknall, Mansfield or Worksop.

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week.

Full Time Salary: £26,091.00 (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time).

Contract Type: Permanent.

Please note Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part‑time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

About the Role:

  • As first point of contact within the service, ensure that telephone calls and visits from service users, outside agencies and Change Grow Live Staff are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Ensure effective processing of correspondence and data entry as required.
  • Collate, monitor and report data/information & statistics as required.
  • Maintain admin, record‑keeping and communication within the project.
  • Work flexibly across operational sites as required.

About You:

  • Knowledge of general office procedures.
  • IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, Excel spreadsheets and data entry.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
  • Solid numeric skills.
  • Good organisational skills.
