The predicted salary is between 500 - 1500 £ per month.

Change Grow Live is looking for a Volunteer Trainer to work with the Volunteer Lead and Workforce Development Lead to promote, prepare, and deliver accredited learning courses. This role requires a commitment of 1‑3 days per week for an up‑to‑one‑year volunteer term and includes safeguarding responsibilities plus an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote courses to service users, volunteers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare learning materials.
  • Support staff and service users to manage any additional needs.
  • Participate in relevant meetings (Standardisation Events) to keep practice up‑to‑date.
  • Reflect and seek feedback to develop own performance and improve practice.
  • Identify risks, safeguarding matters, and report any concerns or inappropriate behaviour to the Volunteer Lead on an ongoing basis.

Training & Availability

All candidates must be available for training which will commence from 20/04/26 and involve one day per week over seven weeks: Mondays at Bradnor Point, Wythenshawe, M22 4TF. Wednesdays at The Old School House, Clayton, M11 4HA. Interviews will take place after 30/03/26.

Requirements

  • Commitment to 1‑3 days per week of volunteering for up to one year.
  • UK resident (or authorised to work in the UK).
  • Understanding and commitment to safeguarding best practice.
  • Open to DBS (enhanced) check.
