Change Grow Live is thrilled to offer an opportunity for a passionate and dynamic leader to join us as Deputy Services Manager for our newly retained service. From April 2026, we will launch an innovative model designed to empower recovery, improve health outcomes, and create safer communities—and we want you at the heart of it.
Where: Luton
Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Full Time Salary Range: £46,683.60 - £51,101.95
Responsibilities:
- Support the Service Manager in leading a multidisciplinary team.
- Manage service operations and foster a culture of empowerment, hope, and positive change.
- Oversee a wide range of interventions including medically assisted recovery, harm reduction, outreach, and criminal justice services.
- Ensure high standards of governance and performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven management experience in substance misuse services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- A commitment to social justice, diversity, and service user empowerment.
- Experience in quality assurance, data analysis, and partnership development.
