We're looking for an exceptional Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) Registered Service Manager to lead our Scottish regulated services across the whole Lothian region. This is a unique opportunity to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple sites, ensuring services are safe, effective, responsive and well-led, whilst inspiring teams to deliver outstanding support every day.

This is far more than a single-site management role. As Registered Service Manager, you will provide leadership across all Change Grow Live regulated services throughout Lothian, working closely with operational teams, clinical colleagues, commissioners, partners and regulators to deliver high-quality care and support.
You'll act as the Care Inspectorate Registered Manager, ensuring regulatory compliance while driving innovation, quality improvement and excellent outcomes for the people and communities we support.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading regulated services across multiple Lothian locations
- Creating a culture that is safe, compassionate, inclusive and recovery-focused
- Ensuring compliance with Care Inspectorate and SSSC requirements
- Supporting and developing multidisciplinary teams
- Driving quality improvement, governance and performance
- Building strong relationships with NHS partners, ADPs, HSCPs, commissioners and community organisations
- Promoting trauma-informed and psychologically informed approaches across all services
- Overseeing operational, financial and contractual performance across the region
This is a highly visible leadership role offering the opportunity to influence service development at both local and strategic levels.
The Details:
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Full Time
- Location: Lothian (multi-site)
- Base: Your nearest Change Grow Live Lothian service, with responsibility for providing leadership and oversight across all regulated services throughout the Lothian area. Regular travel between sites is an essential part of this role.
Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. Where applicable, London Weighting will be determined by your contractual service base.
About You
You'll be an experienced health or social care leader who can confidently operate across multiple services and stakeholders. You'll bring:
- Current registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
- SVQ 4 Social Services & Healthcare and SVQ Level 10 Care Services Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- Significant experience managing health or social care services
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and regulated professionals
- Strong knowledge of Care Inspectorate regulations and Scottish social care standards
- Experience driving service performance, governance and quality improvement
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and influencing skills
- Strong commercial and operational awareness, including budget management
