We're looking for a Detox and Rehabilitation Worker within the Southwark service ensuring that every person who accesses our service receives the best possible support

As a Detox and Rehabilitaiton Worker in with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.
Where: Southwark
Hours: Fulltime, 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities
Why this role matters
Your focus will be on assisting service users going through community, inpatient or hospital detoxification and/or rehabilitation, providing effective case management and coordination of the individual recovery plans – with specific reference to detoxification preparation and support during the detoxification period.
Who we're looking for
You'll bring a combination of operational experience and knowledge to the role, supporting Service Users on the next stage of their journey.
You'll have:
- Experience working within drug and alcohol services or a related health and social care environment
- Demonstrable knowledge of clinical prescribing issues.
- Experience of supporting delivery of community detox programmes.
- Experience of delivering evidence based psychosocial interventions on both a group and one-to-one basis.
