About the role: The focus of the role is delivering and developing group interventions for the prisoners engaging with the Psychosocial Substance Misuse Service, using evidence based practice and covering the most appropriate issues to the service users. This includes but is not limited to the Foundations of Rehabilitation programme, SMART Recovery and pod working. This role is based full time in HMP Wandsworth.
About you: We’re looking for an innovative facilitator to join our team, with experience of delivering group work, who is committed to providing the best solutions to our service users. Someone that will proactively promote engagement in group interventions. While working within a dynamic environment, being flexible and adaptive to changing priorities is key.
