Weâre offering a secondment opportunity for a colleague ready to step into a pivotal role within our integrated RISE Ealing service. As Deputy Service and Governance Manager, youâll help shape the next chapter of a service built on partnership, innovation and a deep commitment to supporting people in their recovery. Where youâll make an impact
- Lead daily operations across our hub and satellite sites, ensuring our service is seamless, accessible and grounded in recoveryâfocused practice.
- Empower and develop Team Leaders and Senior Workers, building confidence, clarity and alignment across the workforce.
- Work closely with the Service Manager to support effective governance, ensuring the service operates safely, compliantly, and in line with best practice, while promoting continuous learning and improvement.
- Translate data and insight into meaningful action, ensuring we consistently deliver highâquality, outcomeâdriven care.
- Strengthen pathways across prescribing, shared care and harm reduction by working closely with our clinical teams.
- Champion excellence in safeguarding, governance, risk and CQC compliance.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships â from Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust and Build On Belief, to our commissioners, community partners and livedâexperience networks.
- Help shape the future of our Womenâs Wellness Zone and other key service priorities.
