We have an exciting opportunity in our Northamptonshire service to be a part of the senior management team in the role of Locality Manager . This is an exciting time to join the team with many new developments taking place, you will support the Services Manager and be an integral part of the implementation of the drug strategy and service delivery. As part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) you will have full oversight of all new business, strengthening, developing, and integrating new and existing pathways. You will be responsible for discovering, defining, developing, and delivering new business to strengthen service delivery for individuals. This role will manage OHID drug strategy additional contracts which sit outside of core business, these include IPS service, homelessness outreach, harm reduction, prison in-reach and PSI groupwork. You will work alongside SLT and operational team leaders to ensure the vision that was submitted within the specification is delivered in a timely manner. You will manage the operational work stream to ensure that service users and staff experience is managed and monitored within all stages of the project. Contract Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2026. Location Northamptonshire Full-Time Salary Range £44,471.72 – £46,683.60 Dependent on experience (Based on full time hours, pro rata for part time) Full-Time Hours 37.5 hours per week Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. About the role Manage commissioner expectations and always communicate effectively and clearly with stakeholders and key partners. Lead on the implementation, delivery model and transformation of new business which sits outside of core contracts. Build professional relationships and effective communication streams with employees, service users and stakeholders. Liaise with partners to create and review existing operational pathways in and out of the service. Provide line management, supervision, and leadership to achieve performance outcomes in line with service level and contractual arrangements. Manage financial and budgetary commitments alongside the services manager. Promote the service and continue to develop and increase referrals and access opportunities. About you Substantial experience in project development and management. A solid understanding of managing contracts. Experience of working with individuals that experience multiple disadvantages. Experience or knowledge of implementing and delivering services in a substance misuse setting. Experience of staff supervision. Ability to meeting demanding targets and deadlines within financial constraints. A solid understanding of how people experience change. What we will give to you 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays. Additionally, you\’ll receive one extra day of annual leave for each year of service during your first five years, therefore you will enjoy 30 days of leave after five years with us.
