Learning Systems & Analytics Specialist

We’re looking for a Learning Systems & Analytics Specialist who can take ownership of our learning platforms and turn data into insight that actually gets used.

You’ll partner with IT, HR, Learning & OD and operational teams—ensuring systems and data are connected, aligned and adding value.
Who we’re looking for
This role is for someone who is confident, capable and ready to take ownership. You’ll bring:
- Experience managing Learning Management Systems or enterprise-level platforms
- Strong ability to analyse, interpret and present data in a meaningful way
- Experience working with governance, compliance and system administration
- Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complexity and competing priorities
- Experience managing or mentoring others

The details
- Role: Learning Systems & Analytics Specialist
- Salary: £33,175.55 – £36,183.91
- Location: National role (regular travel throughout the country). Your contractual base will be your nearest Change Grow Live office to your home address.
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Contract: Permanent
Please note:
- Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
- Salary is subject to review in line with the 2025/26 pay award.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and optimise the system – Lead the day-to-day management of the LMS and learning technologies, ensuring they are reliable, efficient and fit for purpose.
- Make data meaningful – Turn learning data into clear, actionable insight through dashboards and reporting that inform performance and decision-making.
- Set the standard – Ensure strong governance, with secure, compliant systems and clear processes and documentation.
- Drive improvement – Use insight and feedback to continuously enhance systems and how they are used.
- Lead and develop others – Line manage and support Learning Coordinators, building capability and maintaining high standards.
- Work across the organisation – Collaborate with IT, HR, Learning & OD and operational teams to ensure systems and data are aligned and add value.
