Change Grow Live is seeking a Recovery Coordinator for the Severe Multiple Disadvantage Team within the Mental Health Pathways, based in County South.

You will support individuals into treatment, provide harm reduction advice, and assist the CRHT around substance and alcohol use.

The role covers community sites across Broxtowe, Rushcliffe and Gedling, with 37.5 hours per week and a fixed-term contract. Driving is desirable.
