Change Grow Live is seeking an Independent Non-Medical Prescriber to join our West Sussex team. You will deliver comprehensive clinical assessments, prescribe and manage treatments for people with complex health and social needs, across multiple hubs in Worthing, Chichester, Littlehampton, Bognor Regis and Crawley.
You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team, have current NMC/GPhC registration, and bring substantial experience in substance misuse services, harm reduction and safeguarding.
