In the Young Adults Resilience Worker role, you will be at the heart of an innovative project dedicated to engaging young adults. Hours: Full Time 37.5 per week
Salary Range: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 (pro rata for part time hours)
Please note Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

About the role: You will primarily support young adults aged 18-24 in the community, with some work involving under-18s. This role includes:
- Managing a caseload of young adults using alcohol and/or drugs across Knowsley.
- Conducting assessments, care planning, and delivering psychosocial and digital interventions.
- Facilitating group work, outreach, and community events.
- Providing harm reduction advice and brief interventions.
- Working in partnership with agencies, attending safeguarding meetings, and delivering training.
- Excellent engagement and partnership skills.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding for children, young people and adults.
About You: Utilise your expertise in working with young individuals to create a meaningful difference. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the present-day challenges encountered by this specific demographic. Show empathy and understanding towards issues revolving around drug and alcohol use.
