You’ll work with people in treatment to move into paid work, managing a caseload of around 25 and building employer relationships across three Birmingham locations.
Role requires delivering IPS, supporting job search and applications, and coordinating with treatment teams to sustain employment.
Full-time, 37.5 hours, with some evenings/weekends on a rota.
