Our Team Leaders here at Change Grow Live play an integral role in ensuring an effective service provision for our service users by creating a focussed culture, engaging staff to provide an innovative and continually improving service and provide leadership, support, and development to a wide range of staff.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Team Leader to join our Great Yarmouth team in Norfolk. As a Team Leader at Change Grow Live, you will be at the forefront of our service delivery. Your role is crucial in fostering a user-focused culture, motivating staff to provide innovative and continuously improving services, and offering leadership, support, and development to a diverse team.

Where: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

  • Encourage and lead the team with compassion, using attentive observation and practice to enhance the experiences and outcomes for service users.
  • Provide feedback that is prompt, values-driven, and supportive.
  • Guide the team to promote hope, empowerment, choice, control, and opportunities that support service users in reaching their full potential as individuals and active community members.
  • Ensure that staff are competent in the delivery of interventions that reduce risk to service users.
  • Work closely with the management team to maintain strong governance and oversight, ensuring consistent excellence in service delivery and exceeding professional standards through best practice implementation.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions with service users and professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
  • Ensure effective and consistent service user involvement including coproduction.

About you: What You Bring:

  • Knowledge and experience of developing and leading health and social care services.
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering services which evidence high performance and quality standards.
  • Experience of culture and change management, staff engagement, service improvement.
  • Experience of effective partnership working, relationship management, pathway and protocol development.
  • Excellent knowledge of safeguarding policies and practices and experience of embedding these operationally.

To excel in this role:

  • Ability to lead, inspire and develop a team.
  • Expertise in developing positive working cultures and relationships, embedded in CGL values.
  • Skills which demonstrate effective communication in a variety of formats to a broad audience.
  • Confidence in working alone while following local risk management policies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in tough situations.
  • Respond flexibly and calmly to the demands of the post.
  • Ability to ensure all record keeping, outcome monitoring and data collection is maintained effectively.

Salary Range (pro rata if part time): CGL points 31 to 33 (£36,101.10 - £38,114.53)
