Change Grow Live believes that those who access our services should be at the heart of everything that we do and those who have lived experience have a unique and valuable insight into how our services can work best. In this role you will help us to engage with the people who access our services, making sure their voices are heard and that they have a say in how we run services in East Sussex.
An important part of the role is listening to people and sharing what you have heard with the service, representing their views, and using their feedback to help inform how we develop and improve our services. You will help to ensure people hear about any decisions or changes that are made because of their feedback. You will be working with Change Grow Live staff and connecting with the wider community.

Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Post subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level.
