What you'll be doing
You'll provide leadership to a team of Digital Engagement Workers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered through telephone, virtual and digital channels.
Along the way, you'll:
- Lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed team.
- Create a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
- Drive service quality, performance and continuous improvement.
- Use insight, feedback and data to improve outcomes.
- Champion safe, accessible and inclusive digital support.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
- Support the development of innovative digital ways of working.
- Help shape the future of digital engagement across Change Grow Live.
Where you will work:
Location: This is a remote role with flexibility on where you're based. Your contractual base will be your nearest Change Grow Live office, with occasional travel across England and Scotland to connect with colleagues, support services and help drive the success of our Digital Engagement Service.
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
Contract: Permanent
Please note:
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Where applicable, London Weighting will be determined by your contractual service base.

Responsibilities
About you
You're someone who knows that great leadership is about creating the conditions for others to succeed.
You're comfortable leading through change, building trusted relationships and bringing people together around a shared purpose.
You'll likely bring:
- Experience leading teams within health, social care, wellbeing or related services.
- Experience managing performance, quality and service improvement.
- Confidence leading remote, hybrid or geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience using data and insight to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, governance and risk management.
Most importantly, you'll believe in the potential of people and be passionate about helping others achieve positive change.
