Digital Engagement Service (DES) Implementation Manager Internal Opportunity | 12 Month Fixed Term / Secondment Opportunity | National Role

Help shape the future of Change Grow Live. Some opportunities don't just develop your career. They change the way an organisation works. We're launching our National Digital Engagement Service (DES), and we're looking for an experienced, motivated and collaborative colleague to lead its implementation across Change Grow Live. This is your opportunity to play a key role in one of our most significant national transformation programmes, helping embed a consistent, high-quality digital service that improves access, strengthens engagement and supports better outcomes for people using our services.

If you're energised by change, enjoy bringing people together and want to influence how services are delivered nationally, we'd love to hear from you.

Why this opportunity?

This isn't simply about delivering a project. It's about helping colleagues embrace new ways of working, supporting services through change and ensuring our Digital Engagement Service becomes an integral part of the way we support people across England and Scotland. Working alongside operational leaders, regional teams and national colleagues, you'll help translate strategy into reality—leading implementation, building confidence and ensuring every service is ready to deliver safe, accessible and person-centred digital support.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead the mobilisation and national rollout of the Digital Engagement Service.
  • Work alongside operational teams to embed digital delivery into everyday practice.
  • Support managers and colleagues through change with practical coaching, guidance and encouragement.
  • Build strong relationships across services, regions and central teams.
  • Use data, insight and feedback to continually improve implementation and service design.
  • Help develop operational processes, pathways and best practice that will shape the future of digital delivery across Change Grow Live.
  • Champion collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement throughout the programme.

Where you'll work

Location: National role with flexibility on location. Your contractual base will be your nearest Change Grow Live office, with travel across England and Scotland as required to support implementation activity.

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. Where applicable, London Weighting will be determined by your contractual service base.

About you

You're someone who enjoys turning ideas into reality. You know that successful change isn't just about project plans—it's about bringing people with you. You'll be comfortable working across services, building trusted relationships and helping colleagues feel confident through periods of change.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience leading implementation, mobilisation or transformation projects.
  • A strong understanding of change management and supporting teams through organisational change.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Confidence using data to drive decisions and measure success.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • A passion for innovation and improving how we deliver services.

Why this role is different

This is an opportunity to broaden your experience beyond a single service and contribute to change on a national scale. You'll work with colleagues from across the organisation, influence how digital services evolve and help shape a programme that will benefit people using our services for years to come.
