What you'll be doing
- Lead the mobilisation and national rollout of the Digital Engagement Service.
- Work alongside operational teams to embed digital delivery into everyday practice.
- Support managers and colleagues through change with practical coaching, guidance and encouragement.
- Build strong relationships across services, regions and central teams.
- Use data, insight and feedback to continually improve implementation and service design.
- Help develop operational processes, pathways and best practice that will shape the future of digital delivery across Change Grow Live.
- Champion collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement throughout the programme.
Where you'll work
Location: National role with flexibility on location. Your contractual base will be your nearest Change Grow Live office, with travel across England and Scotland as required to support implementation activity.
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours. Where applicable, London Weighting will be determined by your contractual service base.
