As Deputy Service and Governance Manager, you’ll help shape the next chapter of a service built on partnership, innovation and a deep commitment to supporting people in their recovery. Where you’ll make an impact:

  • Lead daily operations across our hub and satellite sites, ensuring our service is seamless, accessible and grounded in recovery‑focused practice.
  • Empower and develop Team Leaders and Senior Workers, building confidence, clarity and alignment across the workforce.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager to support effective governance, ensuring the service operates safely, compliantly, and in line with best practice, while promoting continuous learning and improvement.
  • Translate data and insight into meaningful action, ensuring we consistently deliver high‑quality, outcome‑driven care.
  • Strengthen pathways across prescribing, shared care and harm reduction by working closely with our clinical teams.
  • Champion excellence in safeguarding, governance, risk and CQC compliance.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships – from Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust and Build On Belief, to our commissioners, community partners and lived‑experience networks.
  • Help shape the future of our Women’s Wellness Zone and other key service priorities.
