Change Grow Live in Coventry is seeking a Brief Intervention Duty and Engagement Worker to support individuals with substance misuse using psychosocial interventions, both one-to-one and in group settings.
You will triage, assess, and coordinate referrals with the nursing team, delivering harm-reduction advice while upholding safeguarding and information governance.
The role is permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with pro rata pay for part-time arrangements.
