Change Grow Live is seeking a dedicated Substance Misuse Nurse to provide clinical support and interventions for service users impacted by drugs and alcohol. The role is based in North Northamptonshire and requires a full-time commitment of 37.5 hours per week with a fixed-term contract until 31st May 2027.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
