Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate leadership skills, including enthusiasm, creativity, and the ability to inspire and lead the nursing team.
  • Develop and deliver clinical, health, and wellbeing interventions.
  • Provide clinical and managerial supervision to the nursing team.
  • Contribute to service development to ensure that all service users consistently receive high-quality interventions that adhere to best practice guidelines and achieve high professional standards.
  • Demonstrate excellent clinical skills and monitor, audit, and sustain best practice across sites within the location.
