About The Role:

Joining our Bromley Opiate Team, you’ll work directly with individuals accessing treatment and recovery support, helping them navigate every stage of their recovery journey. You’ll manage your own caseload, complete assessments, develop recovery plans and deliver interventions that reduce harm, improve wellbeing and support lasting change. Working alongside nurses, recovery coordinators, prescribers, peer mentors, volunteers and partner agencies, you’ll be part of a team that is committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support. No two days are the same – one day you might be completing assessments and recovery plans, the next supporting someone to access housing, reconnect with family, engage with treatment or move closer to employment and independence.
