Change Grow Live invites applications for a Tender Administrator role (full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, 12‑month fixed term) within our National Business Development Team.

The Tender Administrator plays a key supporting role, collating and circulating essential information, communicating with procurement teams, submitting clarification questions, and confirming attendance at events. As part of the Tenders Team, you will maintain our core information sources, systems and processes, ensuring they remain up to date and contributing to their ongoing development.

Flexible Working
Hybrid working: a combination of an office base in central Brighton and remote/home working to suit (more office based during induction). Job Share option available.

Salary and Conditions
Full Time Salary: £25,077 - £27,132.98
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term
Location: Brighton

Full‑time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part‑time roles, salary and payments will be pro‑rated based on contracted hours.

About the Organisation
Change Grow Live’s Tenders Team is part of the wider National Business Development Team, responsible for finding opportunities, coordinating the tender process, and submitting all responses for the organisation. As one of the UK’s largest charities, we provide services across community and prison substance misuse, criminal justice, children and young people’s support, housing and homelessness.

What are Tenders?
We find opportunities where local authorities run fair competitions to choose service providers. The Tenders Team manages the entire process – spotting new opportunities through to final outcome.

About You
You’ll be a confident communicator with strong organisational and time‑management skills. You may be an experienced administrator or have relevant, transferable skills that enable you to communicate key information quickly and clearly. You will also have experience of maintaining central databases and contributing to their development.

You’re comfortable navigating websites and online procurement portals, proactive and solution‑focused, and open to giving and receiving feedback. You are genuinely interested in learning more about the people we work with and the work we do, are comfortable with IT and technology, and are excited to discover new ways of applying these technologies.

You share our passion for our values and mission and will work hard to achieve them. Above all, you’ll use your skills and experience to support and contribute to winning tenders for services that help people to make positive changes in their lives.
