Your support will give frontline colleagues more time to focus on helping people achieve their goals., Location: Lye, Stourbridge, within our Dudley service Contract: Fixed term for 12 months Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and any associated payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
- Respond to telephone calls, visitors and enquiries promptly and courteously.
- Process correspondence, complete data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Collate information, statistics and reports.
- Take minutes at meetings and coordinate room bookings and travel arrangements.
- Support prescription administration where required.
- Maintain filing, stationery and local petty cash systems.
- Help ensure communication and administrative processes across the service remain effective.
- You're organised, approachable and comfortable balancing different priorities.
- Experience of general office and administrative processes.
- Good IT skills, including word processing and data entry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with numbers and maintaining accurate information.
- The ability to remain calm, organised and responsive in a busy environment.
- A compassionate and non-judgemental approach to people using our services.
- An understanding of confidentiality and professional boundaries.
