Change Grow Live is seeking an Employment Specialist to support individuals on the IPS model across Birmingham, focusing on moving clients into sustainable paid work. The role is based at the East Birmingham hub, with travel across three Birmingham locations and some rota-based evening/weekend hours.
You will manage a caseload of around 25, providing personalised assistance from first contact to secure employment, while building relationships with employers and collaborating with treatment teams.
