We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprenticeships and Accredited Learning Administrator (Apprentice) to join our Learning & Organisational Development team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, curious and interested in developing a career in learning, data and performance reporting. Alongside completing a Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship, you'll gain practical experience supporting the coordination of apprenticeship, accredited and regulated learning programmes across Change Grow Live. You'll help maintain accurate learner information, develop reporting and insights, and support the team to understand performance, identify trends and continuously improve the learning experience.

Working with colleagues, external training providers, awarding bodies and learners, you'll play an important role in ensuring our learning programmes are well coordinated, data is accurate and the impact of learning can be demonstrated.

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 per week

Contract Type: 18 Month Fixed Term Contract

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

In this role you'll be working as part of our Learning & Organisational Development team, supporting the delivery, administration and continuous improvement of learning programmes across Change Grow Live. You'll support:

  • Apprenticeship programmes, which are delivered through external training providers, by helping coordinate learner journeys, provider relationships, records and reporting.
  • Accredited and regulated learning programmes, which are delivered internally to staff and volunteers, by supporting administration, learner engagement and quality processes.

You'll:

  • Maintain accurate learner records across relevant systems and databases.
  • Support the development of reports and dashboards to help the team understand learner participation, progress, completion and outcomes.
  • Collect, analyse and present learning data to identify trends and support decision-making.
  • Support data quality checks and help ensure information is accurate, timely and meaningful.
  • Provide administrative support for learner onboarding, registration, certification and completion processes.
  • Coordinate communications between learners, managers, training providers and awarding bodies.
  • Support audits, quality reviews and compliance activities.
  • Help gather learner feedback and evaluation information to understand the impact of learning.
  • Contribute ideas for improving processes, systems and reporting approaches.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Learning & Organisational Development and wider teams.

As part of the role, you'll complete a Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship, developing skills in collecting, analysing and presenting data, while applying your learning directly to real organisational challenges.

  • Understand the importance of confidentiality, data protection and accurate record keeping.

Experience of administration, reporting, spreadsheets, customer service, learning environments or volunteering would be helpful, but most importantly we're looking for someone with curiosity, enthusiasm and a willingness to develop.
