Join Inspire as a Volunteer Support Administrator and become a vital part of the Chorley team that supports people on their journey to change their lives for the better.
Purpose of the Role:
As a Volunteer Support Administrator, you\’ll help support our service running smoothly by supporting communication between staff, service users, and partner agencies. From answering calls and booking appointments to sending letters and maintaining records, your contribution will help ensure that everyone receives the support they need-when they need it.
Key Activities:
- Greet and assist service users and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and direct telephone calls and enquiries
- Book appointments and manage schedules using our electronic diary system
- Send letters and correspondence to service users and partner agencies
- Carry out general office duties: photocopying, filing, scanning
- Maintain accurate records on our case management systems
- Provide basic information and signposting to service users
