Change Grow Live in Accrington is seeking a Counselling Coordinator to lead a counselling service across Lancashire.

You’ll recruit, train, and supervise volunteer and student counsellors, provide direct client work where needed, and oversee referrals and assessments.

The role is hybrid with travel, 30 hours per week, fixed-term to 31 March 2027.

You’ll champion trauma‑informed practice, ensure clinical supervision, and support staff development within a values‑led team.
