Overview
Role: The main purpose of this role is to support in the day-to-day running of the services provided by CGL (Change, Grow, Live).
Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 key work sessions including reduction advice and recovery planning
- Increase service user access and choice
- Ensure effective case management and coordination
Time commitment
Minimum 2 days a week and cover when needed, Monday – Friday.
