Day Rate Contract for 12 months Edinburgh (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

The Opportunity

We’re working with a high-growth, tech-driven organisation to hire a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their Marketing Platform team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a complex Salesforce environment, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive performance, scalability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, support, and optimisation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related systems.
  • Architect and deliver scalable solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • Manage design, testing, and release of new features and enhancements.
  • Own and maintain Salesforce integrations (e.g. third-party tools and platforms).
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex platform issues.
  • Drive best practices across data integrity, security, and governance.
  • Build advanced reports and dashboards to support business insights.
  • Mentor junior administrators and promote knowledge sharing.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Marketing Cloud desirable).
  • Experience managing complex Salesforce environments and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, reporting and automation.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience working across cross‑functional teams (sales, marketing, product).
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
