Change Digital are currently working closely with a multinational company and a leading global health services provider who are looking for an experienced Branding Marketing Lead to join their newly formed Global Individual Health (GIH) marketing team. Reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible for the management of brand building and DTC campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the development and performance of brand and DTC marketing campaigns to address specific business or customer objectives including future GIH brand strategic partnerships and sponsorships.
- Ensure that all planned projects and all deadlines are mapped out and communicated.
- End to end delivery of brand and DTC campaigns, leading the definition of the marketing brief including the responsibility for the total campaign budget, objectives, message hierarchy, creative execution, all the way through to delivery of the campaign itself being on time and on budget.
- Liaise with Broker Marketing lead on broker marketing deliverables that may originate from brand / DTC campaigns.
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally by working collaboratively, to leverage expertise and help shape / deliver the campaign strategies.
- Deliver a robust SEO strategy and actionable plan to drive organic growth.
- Delegate guardian for the GIH website to ensure our biggest brand asset maximises leads and conversion.
- Plan, forecast and report against campaign budgets and overall performance.
- Responsible for the creation of the GIH social media content calendar.
- Input into the annual marketing planning process for brand and DTC initiatives.
- Work within our appropriate risk and compliance framework.
Qualifications:
- Creative strategic thinker with a proven history of omnichannel campaign management delivery.
- Proven experience of working with creative/media agency partners and in-house teams to deliver campaigns.
- Deep knowledge in marketing to drive brand awareness and leads, ideally within a retail market and / or premium sector.
- Commercial awareness with accurate forecasting and budgeting.
- Natural ability with insight and data.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.
