Are you an experienced Project Manager? Have you worked on projects involving Data Protection & Customer detail activities? Do you have experience working in Financial Services or a regulated business? This is a 9 month fixed term role, based in Glasgow with hybrid working. I will only consider candidates who are / will be living within commuting distance.

Your experience should include:
- Minimum 5+ years as a Project Manager and/or Senior Project Manager working in a fast paced, technology driven, financial services environment
- Experience of waterfall and agile ways of working
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship development/management skills
- Ability to filter/interpret technical programme updates and provide clear, concise action plans for a variety of levels within a business
- Attention to detail and an analytical ability
- Detailed and strong experience of the following Project and Programme Management activities:
- Programme/Project Initiation and Mobilisation
- Programme/project planning, engaging across the enterprise involving all stakeholders
- Value add governance activity, reducing delivery risk and optimising benefit delivery, including through planning, financial, RAID, business readiness, benefit and change control disciplines
- Crystal-clear programme and project reporting
- Developing enterprise change management capabilities through development of others
