Change Digital are recruiting on behalf of our technology client an experienced and proactive IT Support Analyst to join the team on a contract through to the end of 2026. Following recent team changes, our client is bringing in additional support to maintain service levels and ensure business continuity.

If you’re a hands-on IT professional who delivers exceptional technical support and outstanding customer service, experience with macOS or Google Workspace is a bonus—not essential.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Provide friendly, responsive IT support to office-based and remote colleagues
  • Manage and resolve tickets in line with SLAs, helping prioritise support queues
  • Troubleshoot and support meeting room AV systems
  • Maintain accurate asset tracking and user access management
  • Follow, update and create documentation for systems and processes
  • Support a wide SaaS application stack, including user provisioning
  • Assist with basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, LAN, connectivity)
  • Resolve a wide range of technical issues from hardware failures to user account problems
What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in a hands-on IT support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience supporting macOS and Apple hardware
  • Confidence troubleshooting AV equipment to ensure smooth, “plug-and-play” meeting experiences
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Familiarity with SaaS administration
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
