We’re hiring an IT Project Manager to lead Service Introduction and Go-Live Readiness for a major enterprise launch in early 2026.

You’ll ensure a smooth transition from delivery to live operations — with zero disruption to customers or business processes.

My client is based in Glasgow city centre and its hybrid working so I can only consider candidates who live within commuting distance. The contract is Inside IR35 (Umbrella)

Key Focus Areas

  • Service transition planning, cutover readiness & early-life support
  • Release governance, stakeholder sign-offs & deployment coordination
  • Risk & dependency management across delivery and operations
  • ServiceNow & Jira integration for change, incident & asset management
  • Disaster recovery, access controls & support team enablement

You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years in IT project management, with 3+ in service introduction/release
  • Experience in large-scale go-lives (insurance, FS, healthcare ideal)
  • Strong ITIL, ServiceNow, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Certifications (ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus
