This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced professional audio or AV industry specialist who combines commercial strategy, channel development, technical expertise and team leadership. You'll shape the regional strategy, strengthen distributor and integrator partnerships, and represent the needs of the European market within the wider global business.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead regional growth: Own the EMEA Professional strategy, annual business plan and P&L, driving sustainable revenue and margin growth.
  • Develop channel partnerships: Build and execute distributor-led go-to-market strategies across residential custom installation and commercial-lite markets.
  • Lead and develop the team: Coach and empower Professional Account Managers, raising commercial capability, accountability and performance across the region.
  • Influence product strategy: Work closely with Product Management, Engineering and R&D to translate customer and installer feedback into future product roadmap priorities.
  • Build strategic relationships: Develop senior-level partnerships with distributors, integrators, consultants and key industry stakeholders.
  • Represent EMEA globally: Act as the European voice in global Professional leadership forums, influencing decisions and aligning regional priorities with global ambitions.
  • Drive market insight: Use data, competitive intelligence and industry trends to guide pricing, investment, channel strategy and product positioning.
  • Be an industry ambassador: Represent the business at key trade shows, partner events and industry forums.

What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years' experience in the European professional audio, AV or custom installation market, ideally with a leading manufacturer, brand or distributor.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth and P&L performance through distributor and integrator channels.
  • Strong technical understanding of professional audio, AV systems and integration across residential and commercial-lite environments.
  • An established network across European distributors, integrators and industry stakeholders.
  • Experience leading, coaching or influencing sales and account management teams.
  • A track record of working with Product, Engineering or R&D teams to influence product direction and roadmap decisions.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and the ability to turn strategy into measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English and the right to work in the country of employment.

Desirable:

Experience with networked AV and control platforms such as Dante, Crestron, Control4 or Savant, or familiarity with CEDIA and AVIXA standards. Additional European languages, particularly German, French or Spanish, would be advantageous.

Why consider this opportunity?

This is a chance to take ownership of a strategically important regional business, influence global product decisions and build a high-performing team within an ambitious, internationally connected organisation.

You'll have the opportunity to shape the go-to-market approach, deepen key industry relationships and make a tangible impact on the future growth of the Professional business across EMEA.
