Deputy Head of Product – Permanent – Edinburgh – £80,000

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for leading high-performing teams and building exceptional products? We’re recruiting on behalf of our award winning client, a Deputy Head of Product to help shape and execute our client’s product vision, drive innovation, and lead a talented team of Product Managers, Owners and Agile Coaches.

As a senior leader within the product function, you’ll play a crucial role in aligning product strategy with business goals, overseeing development from ideation to launch, and fostering collaboration across departments including marketing, development, and customer experience.

The role involves:

• Co-lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and cross-functional execution
• Mentor and grow a talented, diverse product team
• Coordinate product efforts across global teams and transformation initiatives
• Drive innovation through lab days, hackathons, and data-driven decision-making
• Lead with a hands on approach, guiding both technical execution and stakeholder engagement

Skills required:

• Proven experience delivering impactful products in complex, international environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coach cross-functional teams
• A passion for user-focused innovation, collaboration, and agile ways of working
• Confidence navigating the entire product lifecycle, from concept to iteration
• Willingness to travel across our international offices
