Change Digital are recruiting for our client a senior developer to join a fast-growing, forward-thinking team delivering real-world AI solutions that transform how people work. We’re looking for a Senior Developer / AI Engineer who can hit the ground running, take ownership, and deliver secure, high-quality outcomes in a collaborative, agile environment.
What you’ll do:
- Design and build scalable AI-enabled solutions using modern cloud platforms and tooling
- Develop GenAI/LLM-powered features such as copilots and automation tools
- Implement RAG patterns (embeddings, vector search, chunking) to ground AI outputs
- Ensure production-ready systems with strong evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails
