Change Digital are partnering with a leading global organisation to hire an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee infrastructure services across EMEA & US regions. This is a key leadership role responsible for the end-to-end delivery, resilience, and continuous improvement of a hybrid infrastructure estate, spanning on-premise and cloud environments. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring infrastructure services are secure, scalable, and aligned to business needs, while leading teams and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure & Platform Management
    • Own delivery and lifecycle of infrastructure services (on-prem & cloud)
    • Manage servers, storage, virtualisation, networks, and end-user platforms
    • Ensure high availability, performance, resilience, and capacity planning
    • Support infrastructure security aligned to organisational standards
  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Lead and develop infrastructure and cloud engineering teams
    • Set objectives, manage performance, and support career development
    • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Service Management & Operations
    • Own incident, change, and major incident processes
    • Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning
    • Ensure ITIL-aligned service delivery and governance
    • Manage key technology vendors and third-party providers
    • Oversee budgets, forecasting, and cost optimisation
    • Engage with global stakeholders to deliver stable, end-to-end services
    • Define and deliver infrastructure roadmaps aligned to business goals
    • Drive improvements across security, automation, and cost efficiency
    • Support transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption and expansion

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience managing enterprise-scale hybrid infrastructure
  • Expertise across: VMware / virtualisation platforms, Cloud platforms (Azure / Entra ID), Networking & security technologies and Backup, disaster recovery & high availability
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and vendors
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL, service management, and governance
  • Experience managing risk, compliance, and audits (ideally in regulated environments)
  • Financial and budget management experience
  • Certifications (desirable): ITIL
