The Opportunity: We’re working with a high-growth, tech-driven organisation to hire a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their Marketing Platform team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a complex Salesforce environment, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive performance, scalability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, support, and optimisation of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related systems.
- Architect and deliver scalable solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Manage design, testing, and release of new features and enhancements.
- Own and maintain Salesforce integrations (e.g. third-party tools and platforms).
- Act as a senior escalation point for complex platform issues.
- Drive best practices across data integrity, security, and governance.
- Build advanced reports and dashboards to support business insights.
- Mentor junior administrators and promote knowledge sharing.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Marketing Cloud desirable).
- Experience managing complex Salesforce environments and integrations.
- Strong understanding of data structures, reporting and automation.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product).
- Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
